#ProjectPositive

Hiya!

Happy May lovelies, hope you're all well. I have just uploaded a video on my YouTube channel where I discuss a new little movement I want to do this month.

#ProjectPositive is a way in which I will document a positive thing from each day on my Twitter and Tumblr, with the aim to better my outlook on life. I was always known as the 'positive' person in a group; continuously looking at the good things in every situation possible. Over the last few years, my mental health (I struggle with depression, anxiety and an eating disorder) has deteriorated and I find myself in a constant state of self-hate and self-destruction, with many negative thoughts about myself, the world and how people see me. Therefore, I'm creating this challenge to benefit anyone that wants to get involved.

I hope you can join in with me and focus on the good parts of the day, no matter how small it may be!

Love and Hugs,

Hana!

Take CARE and spread the WORD! (thank you!)

2016!

Hiya,

I hope your New Years Eve and day went super well. I'm not one to go for the whole 'new year, new me' vibe because I feel like it's the same old thing every year! Thus, I don't make new year's resolutions! However, I have made goals....and a video about it! A few of them include:

1. Pass my A-Levels and get to the next stage in life (academically/career-wise).
2. Read more books than last year.
3. Make photos, posts and videos more meaningful.
4. Work on recovery and things I want to achieve through it.

Have you got any 'goals' you want to achieve?

And remember: "Sometimes it's the smallest decisions that can change your life forever." - Keri Russell.

Grief and Loss

Hello all,

Last week my little sister's hamster passed away and it's safe to say that it led to quite a few tears. However, it got me thinking...do we take things for granted? To lots of people that don't have pets, it's weird to imagine why someone would cry over an animal. Don't they get attacked in the wild? Aren't there lots of bigger problems in the world? And the answer is 'yes'.

I want to bring awareness to the fact that no matter what, we all have something or someone that we may be taking for granted. With thousands of children dying on a daily basis, many families struggling and lots of people homeless; we should pause a minute and be thankful for what we have got. I think many people - including myself - forget how quickly something can be taken away. Nothing is 100% promised.

Sorry if this seems a bit negative, but let's look at it in a positive light - share the love to all things and people around you.

Take care,

Hana :) x
